Agency Director

Responsibilities

• Manage the agency's technical, commercial, economic, and social aspects
• Lead, animate, and manage all agency personnel
• Guarantee the achievement of company objectives regarding revenue, results, quality, and brand image
• Manage a portfolio of co-ownership properties
• Drive the commercial development of the agency structure
• Autonomously manage budgets, monitor dashboards, and ensure reporting to headquarters
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, notaries, and developers, and handle local public relations
• Ensure synergy between different business lines within the company

Requirements

• Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Real Estate Management and Law
• 10 years of experience in the real estate industry
• Proven experience in team management
• Recognized expertise in property administration
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach
• Ability to manage both operational and transverse projects
