Agency Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and distribute management information and ad hoc reports to ensure data accuracy.
• Support distributor remuneration, sales initiatives, networks, events, and systems.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential business development opportunities.
• Prepare documentation and support the implementation of projects according to quality standards.
• Resolve operational customer and distributor management activities, including cross-selling and event management.
• Assist internal and external customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
• Review, analyze, and implement Governance and Compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in agency development, recruitment, or sales support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
