About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise agency partners, delivering a value-driven customer experience and fostering long-term relationships.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, anticipate challenges, and drive ongoing engagement and retention.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the Smartly platform, social advertising, and programmatic fundamentals to provide strategic recommendations.
- Partner with Agency Sales to execute development and enablement strategies that drive awareness and expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Onboarding, Technical Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Design and deliver scalable training programs, workshops, and educational resources tailored to agency maturity levels.
- Maintain strong relationships with key industry partners including Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and Google.
- Act as the voice of the agency by gathering feedback to inform the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally within ad tech or martech.
- Strong knowledge of social advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environments.
- Proven track record of driving product adoption and driving measurable results for clients.
- Willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings when needed.
