Atlantique Automatismes Incendie (AAI) has been a major player in fire protection and an installer of sprinkler extinction systems since 2001. Through our local agencies and production workshops, we ensure safety, compliance, and quality on every project.
Responsibilities
- Order supplies, equipment, and machinery for construction sites
- Register work orders and transmit them to headquarters
- Monitor client and supplier invoicing
- Manage telephone and physical reception
- Receive deliveries at the agency
- Handle vehicle reservations and transport tickets
- Manage unpaid invoices
- Receive intervention requests
- Follow up with subcontractors regarding mandatory certifications
Requirements
- BAC+2 to BAC+3 degree (Assistant Manager, SME Management, etc.)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in construction (BTP) or industry is ideal
- Rigorous and organized
- Strong interpersonal skills
