AGE Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production efforts of Lead AGE Mechanics to meet operational goals
• Supervise, train, inspect, and evaluate AGE employees and work activities
• Review and document maintenance programs in accordance with USAF and Amentum technical data
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and safety standards
• Perform departmental inspections, audits, and HAZMAT documentation reviews
• Prepare reports on production and man-hour utilization for the AGE Superintendent
• Conduct training evaluations and maintain accurate training records

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience within a maintenance organization
• Ability to repair and maintain gasoline, diesel, and gas turbine engines
• Ability to review electrical and electronic systems using wiring diagrams and schematics
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems and related flow charts
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• US Citizenship required for facility credentials
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Eight years of experience with AGE and training to USAF "Craftsman" level or equivalent
• Training as a USAF AGE or "RED X Certified" inspector
