AGE Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production efforts of Lead AGE Mechanics to meet operational goals
• Supervise, train, inspect, and evaluate all AGE employees
• Perform supervisor reviews on all completed maintenance documentation and forms
• Conduct departmental inspections and audits using current SOPs and Work Instructions
• Inspect the servicing and maintenance of all in-use assets
• Prepare reports on production and man-hour utilization for management review
• Ensure all work complies with USAF/Amentum technical data, quality assurance, and safety standards

Requirements

• Five years of experience with Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE)
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance organization
• Ability to repair and maintain gasoline, diesel, and gas turbine engines
• Ability to review electrical and electronic systems using wiring diagrams and schematics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Windows Operating Systems
• Valid US/HN driver’s license
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
• Ability to obtain authorization to work in the host country

Preferred Qualifications

• USAF Craftsman certification or equivalent military training
• Completed training on AGE maintenance from a military technical school or accredited institution
