Afterschool Instructor

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with and motivate students during class time and transitions
• Work closely with staff to manage student progress and behavioral expectations
• Communicate effectively with management regarding student and program related matters
• Use company-wide digital platforms for administrative tasks like attendance and incident reports
• Maintain and promote student organization of supplies
• Foster a vibrant, inclusive, and fun learning environment

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program
• At least 6 months of teaching experience, preferably with elementary-level students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
• Punctuality and reliability
• Ability to clearly communicate rules and expectations to children

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
• At least 1 year of teaching experience
• Familiarity with educational tech tools
