About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet children and lead morning and afternoon activities with energy and enthusiasm
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, inclusive activities including arts & crafts, sports, and structured play
- Manage and motivate a small team to deliver high-quality care and experiences
- Communicate confidently with parents, the host school, and central operations
- Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and company procedures are followed
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a childcare, education, or activity setting
- Natural leadership skills with confidence and creativity
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- Commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS check required (exempt from Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974)
