Afterschool Club Manager

Responsibilities

• Greet children and lead morning and afternoon activities with energy and enthusiasm
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, inclusive activities including arts & crafts, sports, and structured play
• Manage and motivate a small team to deliver high-quality care and experiences
• Communicate confidently with parents, the host school, and central operations
• Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and company procedures are followed

Requirements

• Experience working with children in a childcare, education, or activity setting
• Natural leadership skills with confidence and creativity
• Strong organisational and communication abilities
• Commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
• Enhanced DBS check required (exempt from Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974)
