About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play
- Set up engaging play spaces and ensure they remain safe, clean, and well-organised
- Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included
- Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with attention to detail
- Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed
Requirements
- Genuine love for working with children and a positive, can-do attitude
- Creative thinker who can turn an ordinary afternoon into an engaging experience
- Confidence running activities and managing groups of children
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work (desirable but not essential)
