Aftersales Systems Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
• Assist in monitoring ongoing projects and rollout activities
• Support communication with dealers and internal stakeholders
• Help create and update instructions, guidelines, and documentation
• Support market analysis and data collection
• Monitor selected processes and perform basic KPI tracking
• Provide organizational support for meetings, workshops, and trainings
• Assist in digitalization and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Current student status (preferred fields: business, logistics, IT, management, or similar)
• Availability to work approximately 30–40 hours per week
• Basic analytical and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in Polish and English (minimum B2 level)
• Motivation to learn and a strong interest in the automotive industry and digital processes
• Basic understanding of IT systems or business processes
• Previous experience in a corporate environment or student projects is a plus
