Aftersales Services Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver ongoing technical support to authorized service centers and OEMs
• Analyze technical reports and provide guidance in collaboration with internal technical teams
• Communicate customer feedback and reports received from headquarters
• Support joint technical projects with customers
• Coordinate logistics for part shipments and the return of defective products
• Follow up on warranty-related matters and support the approval process with headquarters
• Install diagnostic devices, perform software updates, and manage customer interactions
• Coordinate and monitor external service technicians when required

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the automotive sector in a similar position
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and solution-oriented skills
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication
• Active driving capability and basic computer literacy
• High customer focus and a service-oriented attitude
