Aftersales Parts Sr Specialist, Pricing

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced pricing analysis, including pricebook reviews, monthly evaluations, and trend analysis
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to discounts, pricing performance, and margin impact
• Analyze discount structures and financial outcomes to support strategic decision-making
• Consolidate and interpret pricing data and market price references
• Act as the regional focal point for reporting, dashboard development, and data extraction
• Support pricing system maintenance, configurations, and governance processes
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and global teams to align guidelines with regional market practices
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Solid experience in pricing, finance, or commercial support
• Strong analytical capability and experience with KPI management
• Advanced Excel skills are required
• Advanced English proficiency for effective communication in global meetings
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience with BI tools, ERP, or specialized pricing systems
• Proficiency in Spanish
