Aftersales Parts Analyst, MDM & TDM

Responsibilities

• Execute daily activities and tasks associated with core Master Data Management (MDM) processes.
• Maintain material master data in the SAP system (CMDR) based on New Product Introductions (NPI), Engineering Change Notices (ECN), and technical publications.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, NPI, and Purchasing departments to ensure the integrity and accuracy of material master data.
• Support global data governance and business rules in coordination with international teams.
• Provide professional guidance and problem-solving recommendations to internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SAP material master data.
• Experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Quality.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Access).
• Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
• Experience with PTC Windchill tools.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
