Aftermarket Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive aftermarket sales for spare parts, services, and contracts to achieve order, billing, and margin targets
• Manage pricing schemes for service contracts and maintain sales policy dashboards
• Conduct inventory and turnover analysis in direct channels and develop strategies to reduce excess stock
• Train the sales force on aftermarket products and manage Salesforce data
• Maintain direct relationships with representatives and distributors to boost sales performance
• Monitor key KPIs including fill rate, hit rate, and product margin
• Identify new business opportunities from the installed base and manage Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and support regional marketing activities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales
• University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with rotating industrial equipment such as vacuum, compression, blowers, or pumps
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written)
• Must hold a valid US visa
• Availability for international travel approximately 70% of the time annually
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and synthesis abilities
