About the role
Responsibilities
- Grow service and parts revenue across your territory
- Win new business through lead follow-up, cold calls, and site visits
- Sell Preventive Maintenance Programs (PMPs)
- Secure repair and service work across core and non-core products
- Upsell repairs, rentals, batteries, and training solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline
Requirements
- Sales experience in industrial or capital equipment environments
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- CRM and Microsoft Office experience
- Certificate III in Business Administration or Management (preferred)
