About the role

Responsibilities

  • Grow service and parts revenue across your territory
  • Win new business through lead follow-up, cold calls, and site visits
  • Sell Preventive Maintenance Programs (PMPs)
  • Secure repair and service work across core and non-core products
  • Upsell repairs, rentals, batteries, and training solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Sales experience in industrial or capital equipment environments
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
  • CRM and Microsoft Office experience
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or Management (preferred)
