About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and needs with precision
- Drive growth in service and parts business through cold calls and presentations
- Secure truck repair orders for core and non-core products
- Promote and sell preventive maintenance plans (PMP)
- Negotiate service and training agreements
- Upsell support products, repairs, batteries, rentals, and training
- Process orders efficiently and respond to leads within KPI timeframes
- Log all interactions in the CRM
Requirements
- Proven sales success in industrial or capital equipment industries
- History of exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Certificate III in Business Administration or Management (preferred)
- Legal right to work in Australia
