About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and their requirements effectively
- Develop new service and parts business through cold calls, presentations, and lead follow-ups
- Secure orders for truck repairs on core and non-core products
- Identify and sell PMP agreements to new customers
- Negotiate tailored service and training agreements
- Identify opportunities for support products, battery sales, rental leads, and training
- Process customer orders efficiently and timely
- Respond to sales leads within agreed KPI timeframes
- Utilize CRM system to log all customer interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or aftermarket industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
