Aftermarket Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and their requirements effectively
• Develop new service and parts business through cold calls, presentations, and lead follow-ups
• Secure orders for truck repairs on core and non-core products
• Identify and sell PMP agreements to new customers
• Negotiate tailored service and training agreements
• Identify opportunities for support products, battery sales, rental leads, and training
• Process customer orders efficiently and timely
• Respond to sales leads within agreed KPI timeframes
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open communication
• Utilize CRM system to log all customer interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or aftermarket industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
