Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Alfa Laval's range of services within the energy sector applications.
  • Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to develop sales plans aligned with business strategy.
  • Identify, manage, and convert market leads into real business opportunities to ensure a healthy pipeline.
  • Conduct active market engagement through customer visits, meetings, and interactions to understand needs and highlight product value.
  • Manage commercial operations, including customer grids and proactive planning using internal tools.
  • Develop highly profitable quotes that address customer needs and emphasize unique selling points.
  • Utilize CRM and other digital tools consistently to support the sales process and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Degree.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or business development positions.
  • Proven experience in Service Sales within the energy market.
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and in a structured manner to optimize sales efficiency.
  • Based in Egypt.
