Aftermarket Product Manager - Commercial Vehicle

Responsibilities

• Create and implement regional product range development plans for Clutch, Suspension, and Wheel-end solutions to achieve KPI targets.
• Manage New Product Introductions (NPI), including G2M strategy, service readiness, and sales readiness (pricing, stock, and marketing communication).
• Proactively screen the product portfolio to identify exclusivity, roadblocks, and OE conversion opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date product master data and ensure visibility for customers.
• Manage product changes including PLM, DCN, ECN, and SCN within the respective portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-referencing against competitors and OE products.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Customer Service Desk regarding range, product, and commercial requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, quality management, or a related major.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in vehicle product management, specification, and development processes.
• Experience in the commercial vehicles industry is preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
• Strong knowledge of auto parts development, structures, and processes, specifically GD-PEP.
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills with a drive for results.
• Strong negotiating, influencing, and relationship management skills.
