About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Aftermarket & Customer Support (A&CS) leadership to track priorities, actions, and key deliverables
  • Develop and continuously improve reporting suites, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Translate complex business questions into meaningful insights and executive-ready outputs
  • Support governance across key programs to ensure clear ownership and timely outcomes
  • Coordinate and deliver key projects, including communications and events
  • Improve reporting efficiency through automation and enhanced tool utilization
  • Support the execution of critical Customer Support programs, including Product Improvement Programs and PowerGard Protection Plans

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analytics, reporting, or business insights roles
  • Strong ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable business insights
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards for diverse business stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management and professional communication skills
  • Experience managing competing priorities or supporting complex business operations
  • Ability to prepare high-quality, executive-ready materials

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with advanced reporting tools, dashboards, or data visualization software
  • Exposure to automation or AI-enabled reporting technologies
  • Experience working within customer support, aftermarket, or operations environments
  • Experience supporting business governance, rhythm, or project delivery frameworks
  • Background in commercial or performance-focused business environments
