Afterhours Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Patrol properties to ensure the safety of guests, team members, and assets
• Manage access control for visitors and contractors, including gatehouse operations and vehicle checks
• Respond to incidents and provide assistance to Park Supervisors and Managers
• Handle emergency procedures and act as a communication point for the Emergency Response Team
• Provide relief leadership as a Senior Security Officer, supporting the coordination of the night shift team
• Maintain patrol of grounds for the safety of animals and property
• Complete written reports and maintain gatehouse operations including key issuance

Requirements

• Current Unarmed Security License (including Provide First Aid and Crowd Control modules)
• Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• RSA certificate
• Current unrestricted Driver’s License
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Cash in Transit certificate
• Intermediate computer skills
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and school holidays
