After School Youth Worker

Responsibilities

• Embody and model core values for participants
• Arrive on time and in uniform ready to engage with activities
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of participants through constant supervision
• Maintain accurate program documentation including attendance and incident reports
• Create and maintain classroom management systems that promote an inclusive environment
• Actively participate in training sessions, meetings, and special events

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with K-12 students in after school or summer camp settings
• Experience working with diverse academic, cultural, and ethnic populations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work with any age range from K-12
