After School Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design and implement educational, safe, and engaging curricula focused on youth development and healthy living
• Oversee all site logistics including scheduling, facility booking, transportation, and equipment inventory
• Manage budgets and maintain detailed records such as attendance, student progress, and incident reports
• Ensure 100% compliance with safety regulations and internal risk management policies
• Recruit, train, and supervise a large team of instructors while providing ongoing mentorship
• Serve as the primary point of contact for school partners to resolve inquiries and report performance

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Experience working in schools and leading large teams
• Strong leadership and professionalism when interacting with school staff and students
• Ability to engage and inspire students in a fun and educational environment
• Willingness to complete 6 hours of required online training (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR)

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in education, child development, or a related field
