After School Gymnastics Educator

Responsibilities

• Teach age-appropriate gymnastics fundamentals and movement skills to students from TK through 8th grade
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times
• Foster confidence, coordination, balance, flexibility, and teamwork through instruction
• Plan and lead engaging gymnastics classes and skill-building activities
• Adapt instruction to different ages, skill levels, and learning styles
• Manage student behavior using positive reinforcement
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
• Prepare and organize equipment and activity materials to keep the learning space clean and safe

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Experience in gymnastics, coaching, cheer, tumbling, or a related discipline
• Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training (Concussion, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR)
• Authorization to work in the US
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
