About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a high-quality learning environment and manage activities that extend the school day
- Support daily program operations and logistics in coordination with leadership
- Ensure the safety and security of enrolled children
- Supervise all aspects of the site's before and after-school program
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, school staff, and administration
- Maintain accurate records, attendance, and dismissal data
- Assess and solve problems associated with the supervision of PK-8 students
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience working with school-age youth (ages 4-10) in a school or after-school setting
- Minimum 6 months of management experience with at least 5 direct reports
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18+ years of age
- CPR/First Aid certification (in-person training required)
- Ability to stay active, move quickly, and participate in physical activities with children
