About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead sports, artistic, or cultural activities for groups of 8 to 25 students aged 5 to 17
- Lead full days of activities including school kick-offs, pedagogical days, or end-of-year celebrations
- Ensure student safety at all times
- Teach and plan techniques through game-based learning
- Adapt activities to specific needs, including participants with disabilities
- Complete course reports at the end of each session
- Lead sports activity days in day camps as a specialist
- Collaborate with the coordination team on program planning and material management
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in group animation and teaching
- Valid driver's license or access to a vehicle for frequent travel
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Strong group management skills, especially with primary school children
- Reliability, punctuality, autonomy, and proactivity
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in kinesiology, physical education, teaching, or related field
- DAFA certification or relevant animation certification
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
