About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored 1:1 support for a child with additional needs
  • Plan and deliver engaging sensory and play-based activities
  • Support the child with emotional regulation and behaviour
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure inclusion and safety
  • Work closely with families and schools to maintain communication
  • Follow all safeguarding, SEND, and Health & Safety procedures

Requirements

  • Real SEND experience
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviours
  • Passion for inclusion and child-led environments
  • Ability to provide two references
  • Compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education
