About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored 1:1 support for a child with additional needs
- Plan and deliver engaging sensory and play-based activities
- Support the child with emotional regulation and behaviour
- Collaborate with the team to ensure inclusion and safety
- Work closely with families and schools to maintain communication
- Follow all safeguarding, SEND, and Health & Safety procedures
Requirements
- Real SEND experience
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours
- Passion for inclusion and child-led environments
- Ability to provide two references
- Compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education
