After Sales Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and current-state assessments of existing aftersales and servicing technology landscapes.
• Analyze application portfolios including ERP, CRM, OMS, and legacy platforms to document end-to-end system interactions.
• Conduct architecture gap analyses to identify technical debt, bottlenecks, and modernization opportunities.
• Define future-state target architectures, including conceptual and logical views of applications, APIs, and data models.
• Develop phased modernization roadmaps and implementation sequencing strategies.
• Facilitate architecture workshops and present technical recommendations to executive stakeholders and business leaders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Enterprise, Solution, or Technical Architect within complex enterprise environments.
• Significant experience in aftersales, service operations, repair management, warranty, or field service domains.
• Deep understanding of enterprise application ecosystems (ERP, CRM, OMS) and technical knowledge of APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience working with products involving serialized parts or complex component traceability (e.g., automotive, luxury goods, medical devices).
• Ability to work within EST business hours to collaborate with North American teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite workshops and service center assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs in luxury retail or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, or SAP Service Management.
• Knowledge of MACH principles, composable architectures, and cloud-native patterns (Kubernetes, event-driven systems).
• Previous experience in a consulting capacity leading discovery and assessment engagements.
