About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow client intervention planning and reorganize as necessary
- Perform on-site repairs within 48 hours of request
- Establish quotes and research spare part references via technical documentation
- Write precise and complete intervention reports
- Provide technical support and advice to clients on equipment use
- Manage spare parts stock in the service vehicle and perform regular inventories
Requirements
- Experience in professional kitchens, appliances, cooking, refrigeration, or washing equipment
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and exploded views
- Ability to handle refrigerants (aptitude certification preferred)
- Ability to work on household appliances (electrical certification preferred)
- Mastery of troubleshooting methods (analysis, questioning, diagnosis)
- Strong customer service, listening, and organizational skills
