After-Sales Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Follow client intervention planning and reorganize as necessary
• Perform on-site repairs within 48 hours of request
• Establish quotes and research spare part references via technical documentation
• Write precise and complete intervention reports
• Provide technical support and advice to clients on equipment use
• Manage spare parts stock in the service vehicle and perform regular inventories

Requirements

• Experience in professional kitchens, appliances, cooking, refrigeration, or washing equipment
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and exploded views
• Ability to handle refrigerants (aptitude certification preferred)
• Ability to work on household appliances (electrical certification preferred)
• Mastery of troubleshooting methods (analysis, questioning, diagnosis)
• Strong customer service, listening, and organizational skills
