About the role
Responsibilities
- Travel to client locations to perform technical diagnostics and analyze product malfunctions
- Advise customers on technical or functional aspects of products
- Provide technical solutions within warranty frameworks or propose paid services for out-of-warranty issues
- Perform product repairs and ensure compliance with technical standards while respecting intervention costs
- Collaborate with the After-Sales team, store departments, and installation partners

- Strong customer service skills and a professional sense of contact
- Commercial awareness to propose appropriate paid services
