About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of open Service Notifications from boutiques
- Support the team in detailed data analysis and KPI monitoring
- Assist in identifying the primary causes of defects
- Support continuous improvement activities related to After Sales processes
- Improve the quality of reporting and ensure structured follow-up with various stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar field
- Knowledge of process optimization methods such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ERP software (SAP)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI
