After Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Construct and manage the after-sales team in the EU-AF region
• Build the after-sales service system and establish operational standards for the network in Europe and Africa
• Design service experiences and develop customer satisfaction monitoring and improvement systems
• Plan and build the technical training system and content for the Euro-African region
• Analyze customer complaints and collaborate with R&D and quality departments to implement solutions
• Maintain customer relationships and improve the maintenance system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5 years of overseas after-sales management experience
• Familiarity with car companies, battery products, and warranty terms
• Proficiency in English as a working language
• Ability to accept frequent travel
• Strong communication, negotiation, and contract control skills
• Experience with overseas service outsourcing or building self-built teams
