After-Sales Auditor

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site audits at dealership network locations
• Evaluate processes related to parts, inventory, after-sales, and procedure adherence
• Analyze documents such as Service Orders, Invoices (inbound and outbound), operational reports, and Excel controls
• Validate field evidence including photographic records and documentation
• Prepare audit reports with clarity, objectivity, and traceability
• Identify inconsistencies, deviations, and improvement opportunities
• Support the certification and evaluation program for the distributor network
• Act with ethical posture and effective communication across different hierarchical levels

Requirements

• Previous experience in audit, inventory, after-sales, or dealership operations
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Active Category B driver's license
• Full availability for frequent travel
• Higher education in Administration, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory processes in dealerships or manufacturers
• Experience in the agricultural or automotive sectors
• Knowledge of Service Order and Invoice analysis
• Experience with operational compliance or distributor networks
• Spanish language skills
