After-Sales Assistant Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including RTAT, Reclaim, and Service Cost
• Support differentiated service activities such as Premium and Night Service
• Execute Service BI activities and manage service cost analysis
• Perform warranty validation and manage ASC evaluation
• Oversee labor tariff management and support new business development management

Requirements

• University degree with a relevant educational background
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex issues
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs)
• Experience in data collection and analysis
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated and organized with strong follow-up skills
• For male candidates, military obligation must be completed

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar after-sales or analytical position
