About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the service center network by working with Master Services to expedite warranty case resolutions
- Manage Salesforce platform maintenance and conduct service center audits
- Provide end consumer and customer care through call center support and social network claim resolution
- Coordinate the collection and delivery of physical warranty replacements and spare parts
- Administrate inventory for spare parts and accessories and maintain monthly IDR records
- Process defective returns by creating credit notes in SAP or customer portals
- Assist with legal claims investigations and support the After Sales Supervisor with area-related reporting
Requirements
- Administration or Technical degree, or 3 years of equivalent experience in a similar technical position
- 3 years of experience in a previous After Sales role
- Proficiency in Excel for tracking and control, and Word and PowerPoint for reporting
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Intermediate English language skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage daily planning
