Responsibilities

• Drive segment strategy and value proposition design for the affluent banking market in Qatar
• Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and trend forecasting to inform strategic decisions
• Interpret market insights and translate them into actionable strategic recommendations
• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously to support business objectives
• Support business development and client acquisition efforts within the premium segment
• Provide advisory services and manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in affluent banking, segment strategy, or consulting
• Proven expertise in value proposition design and competitor analysis
• Demonstrated track record in business development and client acquisition for premium segments
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead execution in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field
• Professional certifications in consulting, strategy, product management, or project management
