Affluent Banking Market Consultant

Responsibilities

• Interpret market research, competitor intelligence, and customer insights to identify strategic opportunities for affluent products and services.
• Develop and refine affluent value propositions, including product bundles, service models, and loyalty frameworks.
• Create strategic roadmaps and execution plans, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, digital banking, and operations to ensure effective delivery.
• Advise on strategies to increase the affluent customer base, drive acquisition, and enhance profitability.
• Prepare and present recommendation decks, impact assessments, and execution tracking dashboards to segment management.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in affluent banking, segment strategy, or consulting.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition within premium segments.
• Experience in competitor analysis, trend forecasting, and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation tools.
• Experience with CRM platforms, digital banking ecosystems, and dashboard tools like Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in consulting, strategy, product management, or project management.
