Affiliate Psychology Counsellor

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person psychology counseling sessions to clients in various Indian cities
• Manage your availability via the online portal, allowing clients to browse and select available slots
• Complete all data entry and system updates within 24 hours of a session or before the end of duty hours
• Send confirmation or reminder emails to clients 24 to 48 hours prior to scheduled sessions
• Schedule follow-up sessions typically 8 to 10 days after the initial session, coordinating with Clinical Case Managers for high-risk cases

Requirements

• Masters degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant clinical experience
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; fluency in other local/native languages is a plus
• Proficiency with digital tools including MS Office, WhatsApp, Webex, MS Teams, Google, and Zoom
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a private clinic or counseling space located in a commercial complex or polyclinic
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a self-motivated environment
