Affiliate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, onboarding, and ongoing growth of the internal affiliate and promoter program
• Manage day-to-day operations of affiliate partners, including communications and performance tracking
• Oversee project timelines and execution across all affiliate campaigns
• Build and manage affiliate budgets, including campaign spend and logistics
• Drive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives and brand priorities
• Identify and onboard new affiliate platforms, channels, and partnership opportunities
• Develop reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and program success
• Manage the Project Affiliate Coordinator and oversee team development initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or project management
• Proven experience managing and executing multi-channel campaigns or programs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work onsite in Calabasas, CA, and travel to work events as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, live events, or traffic-driving business models
