About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the growth of brand partnerships on the Gener8 Rewards platform
- Conduct outreach, pitching, and selling CPA campaigns to brands in the UK and US
- Identify new partners and run outreach sequences
- Negotiate placements and support ongoing partner relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a partnerships, affiliate, or commercial sales-focused role
- Experience running affiliate programmes with a focus on selling CPA campaigns
- Proven outbound outreach and sales experience in pitching and negotiating deals
- Strong copywriting skills for persuasive outreach and pitches
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset to interpret performance data
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
