Affiliate & Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead generation to identify high-quality affiliates, publishers, agencies, and strategic partners in the education space
• Recruit, onboard, and manage new high-quality affiliates and partners through outreach and negotiation
• Scale inbound and self-sign-up acquisition through automation and operational excellence
• Produce onboarding materials and content to drive partner acquisition and GMV growth
• Optimize commission models, promotional incentives, and engagement strategies to maximize ROI
• Prepare and present performance updates and strategic reports to upper management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance, Brand, Creative, Data, Legal, Finance, and Product teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and partner acquisition
• Experience in hyper-growth or marketplace companies
• Proven ability in lead generation and partner acquisition via mail outreach and online meetings
• Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms such as Impact, Awin, or PartnerStack
• Experience with partner outreach tools like Outreach.io
• Strong commercial acumen regarding revenue share models and marketing tech (sales attribution, tracking)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• High interest in AI and process automation
