Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and day-to-day management of global affiliate, content, and influencer programs to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Execute affiliate discovery strategies, including recruitment outreach, dormant affiliate activation, and existing partner optimization.
• Assist with affiliate onboarding and ensure proper tracking implementation across key international markets.
• Create and distribute affiliate newsletters, promotional communications, and campaign updates aligned with the global promotional calendar.
• Implement commission changes, schedule bonuses, create tracking links, and manage promotional assets via platforms like Partnerize, Impact, Awin, and CJ.
• Monitor program activity, analyze the performance of promotional placements, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare recurring reports on publisher performance, campaign activity, and partner engagement for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with International Affiliate Managers and creative teams to support localized campaigns and market-specific initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of digital marketing or marketing operations experience, preferably in DTC ecommerce or a digital agency environment.
• Proven experience supporting affiliate marketing programs using platforms such as Partnerize, Impact, CJ, or Awin.
• Strong expertise in affiliate, influencer, or referral marketing.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and high attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working cross-functionally across international markets.
• Proficiency in Google Business Suite and Excel/Google Sheets (including pivot tables and advanced formulas).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a growth-stage ecommerce company or digital marketing agency.
• Professional-working or native proficiency in a major global language (e.g., Arabic, Chinese, or Japanese).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
