Affiliate Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end affiliate program strategy, including program structure, commission tiers, and payout policies.
• Recruit and manage a diverse partner ecosystem consisting of networks, content publishers, review sites, and influencers.
• Establish compliance standards, brand safety policies, and fraud prevention measures in collaboration with Legal and Security teams.
• Drive data-driven optimization by monitoring core metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
• Manage attribution and tracking infrastructure, ensuring reliable reporting across all affiliate activity.
• Lead co-marketing efforts and develop partner enablement materials to improve conversion rates.
• Manage program budgets, forecast pipeline contributions, and deliver executive-level performance reports.

Requirements

• 7+ years of digital marketing experience.
• 4+ years of dedicated experience in affiliate or partner marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs within a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong data analytics proficiency with experience using tools like Tableau, Excel, or Salesforce.
• Deep knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, PartnerStack, or ShareASale.
• Experience managing large program budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategy to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing affiliate programs with significant budget or GMV responsibility.
• Familiarity with programmatic and ABM platforms like 6Sense or DemandBase.
• Working knowledge of privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
• Hands-on experience with CRO and landing page optimization.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows and program outcomes.
