Affiliate Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the full affiliate and brand partnerships marketing strategy to drive new customer acquisition
• Recruit, manage, and optimize high-performing affiliates and influencers
• Identify and execute strategic brand partnerships from ideation through launch and measurement
• Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and oversee payouts and incentives
• Leverage data to identify effective marketing activation and support tactics
• Manage relationships with agencies, affiliate technology platforms, and internal technical teams
• Define and manage a capabilities roadmap to enhance the affiliate funnel
• Manage forecasting strategy to ensure growth and investment efficiency goals are met

Requirements

• 4-5 years experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships
• Proven track record of scaling partnerships with measurable business impact
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to own both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Sigma, or Looker
• Experience with affiliate platforms like Impact Radius is a plus
