About the role
Responsibilities
- Sign up new affiliates to programs and maintain relationships with existing and new affiliates
- Analyse market standards of other programs on the market
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance and make decisions on necessary actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance affiliate performance regarding marketing and landing pages
- Collaborate closely with the head of affiliates to improve ROI, efficiency, and overall performance
Requirements
- Native level Russian speaker
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- Minimum 3 years experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industry
- Recent experience in the field to leverage existing affiliate contacts
- Strong computer handling skills
- Excellent problem solving and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tasks
