About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach FNMS 264 Intro to Animation for the Fall semester
- Provide instruction and oversight for hand-drawn 2D animation projects
- Educate students on primary animation skills including timing, spacing, and the 12 Principles of Animation
- Guide students in developing believable acting and professional animation workflows
Requirements
- Experience teaching animation at the college level
- Advanced command of animation principles and technical workflows
- Demonstrated creative excellence in animated projects, evidenced through short animated works
