Affiliate Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Managing, negotiating, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio
• Pulling weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance and presenting findings to clients
• Crafting strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing and dynamic attribution
• Ensuring efficient workflow and processes for optimal productivity
• Handling day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with affiliate networks like Impact, Pepperjam, or ShareASale
• Proficiency with G-suite and Excel
• Experience distilling client goals into prioritized, executed, and measured tasks
• Understanding of attribution and LTV

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reporting dashboard Affluent
• Exposure to various verticals such as subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, or App
• Experience training and coaching junior team members
