Aesthetician/Assistant Laser Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive treatments, including laser therapies, under medical protocols
• Assess client eligibility by reviewing medical history and obtaining informed consent
• Administer treatments with precision to ensure client comfort and satisfaction
• Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records
• Educate clients on treatment benefits, risks, and post-treatment care
• Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure a positive experience
• Partner with the clinic team to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Support clinic goals by promoting additional services and skincare products
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards
• Regularly inspect and maintain equipment

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Aesthetician license in the state of GA
• Active and unrestricted Assistant Laser Practitioner license in the state of GA
• Ability to work long periods of sitting and standing
• Ability to lift and move inventory and clinic assets
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) regularly
• Availability for at least 3 days per week, including Friday or Monday
• Ability to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zenoti or comparable appointment scheduling platforms
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, customer service, or sales
• Continuing education in aesthetics or skincare
• Prior experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting
• Knowledge of skin types and treatment indications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
