Aesthetician

Responsibilities

• Customize no-downtime laser facials treatments and skincare routines based on guest needs
• Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy of business processes
• Assist with orientation, training, coaching, and developing staff members
• Establish and maintain effective client retention processes
• Partner with the clinic team to provide a people-oriented and inclusive workplace
• Meet personal and clinic goals

Requirements

• Current State Esthetician License
• Certification in laser devices (e.g., LSO, laser hair removal, laser technician)
• 1 year of experience as an Aesthetician
• Ability to work weekends and specific weekdays (Monday/Friday preferred)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35lbs
• Reliable commute to the Southlake clinic and ability to travel to other locations for coverage

Preferred Qualifications

• Current State Advanced Esthetician License
• 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics and customer service
• Experience using CRM databases such as Zenoti
